Error $0.25 1853-O A&R Arrows & Rays Seated Quarter 25c Retained Cud Error - XF
This is a really cool quarter.
Nice high grade examples of the 1853-O are quite scarce. This coin delivers terrific originality along with strong XF design details. Residual mint luster appears in the protected areas.
In addition, there is a retained cud on the reverse which starts between ST in STATES and returns to the rim at OF. I have never seen this retained cud before.
